Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If a different product or a damaged/defective item is received, a video proof at unboxing is required.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery and the product should be shipped back within 3 days.
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
  • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Replacements provided will be for the same product subject to availability.
  • Refunds are not applicable for courier/logistics delays.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes quality checks. Refunds are made to the original payment method. In rare cases we may request bank/UPI details.

Indian Giftz Company reserves the right to decline a refund/replacement if conditions are not met.

Once approved, please allow 7 to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account, as per bank norms.

Non-Delivery of Products

We attempt delivery once. If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons, the order will be considered completed and no refund or re-delivery will be provided. An order will be treated as delivered in cases such as:

  • Recipient unavailable at time of delivery
  • Premises locked
  • Incorrect/unreachable contact number
  • Recipient refuses delivery
  • Delivery completed to gate/neighbour/security as instructed

Important Delivery Check

  • Ensure package is sealed and not tampered with.
  • Product received is undamaged and properly packed — keep an unboxing video as proof.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered, do not accept the delivery. Contact support immediately via call, WhatsApp, or email.
